Collection service is provided weekly at the alley or curb. Carts should be placed at the collection point no earlier than 7 pm on the day before the collection day and no later than 7 am on the collection day and shall be removed from such location no later than 8 pm of the collection day. Customers physically unable to transport their cart to the collection point may contact the Utility Billing Office, 620-694-2621, for arrangements.
